These pretty little flower petals are bursting with healing properties as well as being visually very appealing. Can be used in tea, bath and body products, potpourri, wedding decorations, cooking/food.
When consumed as a tea it is a wonderful aid in detoxifying the liver, stimulating the immune system to minimise illness and infection, improving digestion, soothes stomach ulcers and can also be used as a mouth wash or rinse to speed up gum and sores healing.
It is high in antioxidants to help fight off free radicals.
It also has antibiotic and antiseptic properties. Some people like to make a stronger concentration to use when they have a urinary tract infection as it believed to be helpful.
To brew as a tea simply add 1 tsp of the petals to a mug of hot water ( you can use to make iced tea ). Let steep at least 4 or 5 minutes to draw out all the goodness. Strain and enjoy!
